Firstly, what kind of case do u have?
The hardest to install thing is the radiator and that can be solved by a black ice type radiator, though they dont cool as well as a car heatercore type radiator, they're still good. the 80mm ones (Black Ice Mini) will fit in any 80mm fan mount and the 120mm ones (Black Ice Xtreme) should fit in any 120mm fan mount. The pump can be placed on the floor of the case, stuck in by double sided tape or something like that. You can have a T-Line just comming out of the tube, no need to secure that, or you can have a bay res (a reservoir that fits in a floppy bay slot or a 5.25" bay) for filling and bleeding. Then the blocks should be a snap to install.
I would suggest getting the waterblocks blocks from Dangerden and might as well grab some 1/2" ID Clearflex 60 tubes from them as well. The best performing CPU block from Dangerden is currently the RBX, if you get the extra nozzles and use the no# 4 nozzle. The Maze 4 is a pretty good block for the VGA and Chipset, though i dont suggest you get the Maze4 chipset block if you have a i865/i875 based board.
For the pump, the best pump for you right now is an MCP600 from Swiftech, but since they dont make them anymore, The Swiftech MCP650 is an adept replacement, but not as good as it's predecessor. The black pump from Aquaextreme is also pretty good. It's got the same shell as the MCP600 and performs similarly, but not exactly like it. Off the top of my head, i think it's got higher flow rates but lower head pressure.
That's all from me for now.
