Maybe. The "keys" look kinda small. Wonder when someone will get a review.

mobilepc magazine said it was a piece of crap and the worst use of lasers of the year

interesting gimmick, i'd say. i could not go without the "feel" of the keys under my fingers. Would be OK if you're a hunt-n-pecker, but you can hunt and peck on the PDA on-screen keyboard if you've had too many bong hits and cant get yourself to memorize where the keys are under your fingers.

They had one of those available from a different company for Pocket PCs about 6 months ago, it got bad reviews though because you really had to be accurate while you "typed." Your fingers had to make a distinct up and down movement. But that was 6 months ago, and that isnt for Pocket PCs so it may work better!

yeah that thing has actually been out for years! but it never caught up cuz i heard it really sucked as in u'll get alot of typos. I guess they didn't exactly tweak out everything, maybe when it gets better it'll catch up. It is also weird not to feel the keys while typing.

Laptops / Desktops via serial connector
This will only work through a serial connection. Last I checked Dell was doing away with the serial connection on some models.

Although if you have Bluetooth it might still work for you.
