I have been wanting to write a review of my Roswell-m (5500?). I forget the model number, but I got it exactly a month before the 7700 was announced for pre-orders. I was a little upset that they were selling it with more for less than what I paid but I realize that I am perfectly happy with what I got becuase it does exactly what I need. A 7700 would have been too much for me, biggest factor is that it would have been to heavy to carry to classes and stuff. Anyway, about me writting a review of the Roswell-m, I plan on doing it some time this summer. I just don't have the time to sit down and write something like that, and take the nessecary pictures of course . I will say this though, I have had to twice now have my laptop fixed and not once have I ever had any bad experience with AW support. My most recent problem is that my harddrive is going on me. I have only had the laptop for about 5 months now. Still, AW is pretty much going out of their way to help me. They are the only company that I have ever delt with that actualy lives up to their claim of on site support! Dell never did that for me, and IBM had me send back my laptop when that broke (but that was becuase I fried the mobo, which was my own stupid fault). So, anyway. I plan on writing a lengthy review this comming Summer with a full review on their Customer service also. Plus I will have a ton of pictures for all you guys who want to see what my lappy looks like (even though they all look the same, lol ).
