Looking at these two laptops right now , curious if anyone has had experience with ethier brand?

http://www.voodoopc.com/systems/m355.aspx

vs

http://secure.hypersonic-pc.com/scr...sid=Aviator_CX5

Can You guys please explain the performance differences i might face having ethier system?

I do not need a laptop for gaming per say, but i do use alot of programs at a time. programs id be running are things like excell, word, trillian, mirc, photoshop possibly, winamp, kazaa, ws_ftp, ventrilo, Note pad!

I do care about being able to use multiple programs, yet still get battery life out of it. Extra plugin ports are a plus for me 2 , usb , tv, video out put . etc i plan on getting a netgear triband wirless card

I am still looking at brands, if any one else knows another company that makes this quality of computer (I.E. Alienware, Voodoo, Hypersonic )
Please tell me!

Thanks i really appreciate the help!

duck,

those 2 systems look the same to me... except either very similar or the same configured, that VooDoo is a whole lot more $$s unless I made a mistake in my comparison. I don't know who the ODM maker for this notebook is though.

You might check out -- it's in the same class as that oneTHIS ONE from PowerNotebooks

there's 2 other threads discussing this in this forum -- you can see more comments there.

also, i have heard other talk of Sager making a "Centrino" based notebook too. but, i don't know anything about it.
