Acer's CrystalBrite Screens

Thread Starter
Hey guys!

If anyone has an Acer notebook with a CrystalBrite screen, can you post some pics here? I haven't been able to find any on the net (if anyone has found any pics on the net...post links here too!).

I am very close to ordering the Aspire 1689WLMI, but I want to hold off until I can see the quality of the screen.

Thanks!

You can't see the quality of the screen from a digital picture. Not only is the camera unable to really slow the differences in screens well, but you'd be looking at the pictures through your own screen! You have to either find one you can see in person, or just find the stats on the screen (brightness, contrast ratio).

here are some pics

see the links below:

this is from a aspire 1800 which also has a cristalbright screen:

you can clrearly see the brilliance but it's not too much not like in a mirror like some people say.

I'm thinking of buying the aspire 1693WLMi by the way which has a cristal bright screen.
