An "EU subforum"?
UK yes, EU no.
EU is not one country and why have a form full of people that speak different languages so can't understand each other.
Hulk, congratulations on buying the 7700.
I haven't ordered mine yet but I do have two Alienware notebooks, the most recent delivered a couple of weeks ago. As someone has said on here, for every disgruntled customer there are many more happy ones. Whoever thinks no company has unhappy customers is seriously deluded. Also bear in mind some people have different expectations to reality: that is, when something goes wrong they will want it fixed yesterday and did they ever back any of this so called "important" data up? Of course they didn't.
Rst assured of one thing, you'll go nuts and get frustrated between now and when you get it.
That is normal but I'm sure when that puppy arrives you'll know it was well worth the wait. I've had MANY computers over the years and Alienware stick out by a country mile as the best product and the best support.
P.S. No I don't work for them.
