I've finally got my new 9860 set up and I couldn't be happier. This thing screams. After reading the forums, I decided to protect my $3,600 investment with a Pelican Case. I used the 1520 model which I bought online from http://www.casesbypelican.com/app-1520.htm because they allow you to specify the thickness of the foam layers in the bottom of the case (good price too). I bought extra foam from http://www.foambymail.com/closedcell.html . The lid organizer was ordered from Pelican as was the front name plate. It's heavy with the computer above and the accessories below, but it is very well protected. I also set up a second LCD display which I absolutely love. I'm watching CNBC through the AVerTV tuner while I type this and rip a DVD. Here are some photo links (I hope they work!)...
