Too expensive now. They're now over $70.
Should've gotten it when they were like $15.

There are lots of could've, should've, but it's still got more than 2 months to prove itself again. Hopefully, market still favors it and it hits $100 and splits.

Or it can go the way of eBay, eBay was $118 and went down to $80 very quickly.

Aren't you supposed to buy low, and sell high?

The day the mini came out (and iPod shuffle), I bought 100 shares of Apple (at $66)... A few weeks later, the stock is at about 78.

Not bad...

(and I knew I was buying at very close to the 52 week high... I just had a feeling)

And if you go take a look at the Mac Mini discussions over on the Apple site, they are overrun with "PC switchers"... many of whom are frustrated with XP, spyware, viruses, etc and are taking a $499 crack at Mac. I think OS X will win a huge majority of them over.

I've also noticed Safari popping up a lot more in my website logs.

Just remember the markets are fickle. We've seen loads of companies lately report large profits but the stock falls because they can't say that growth will continue at the same rate.

Try to figure out a good target for the stock then when it gets close to that sell. It has nothing to do with whether Apple will be successful, the question is how long will the stock stay up.

I'm just still kicking myself for not selling off some of my stock in one company and buying Apple around $20. Both companies mirrored each others stock price for a while, but sadly the one I own several hundred shares in is still around $20.
