You know it's funny when..........
My wife is the HR Director for a big US Multinational. As far as she's concerned, as long as she can do her configurations and setups in SAP R/3 from my machine at home to the server at the office, it's doing its job. Games? She'll play 'em, and mail and surf with the best of them but a pc is a pc is a pc.
Now along comes me with my Alienware fixation. For more than 6years she's listened to me bang on about AW, she's been shown the ads, watched me config a system on the website countless times and saw me never hit that "ADD TO CART" button.
She's heard me yammer on about how I could build a system as fast if not faster for less money (at one point she said with a grin "How is telling me that selling me on you getting that pc?")
Now it's done, order in and on Phase 4. And after all that setup....here's the fun bit.
Who, before going to bed hits the ORDER STATUS page?
Who, when she gets up, does the same?
Yup! My darling wife...she even calls me during the day to ask if I've checked the page!
Now looks like I may have infected her with the sweet poison that is AlienWare!!!
