I ordered on the 31st of january for a 7500 SLI with the fx-55 graphcis card and duel 6800 ultras. When I ordered the 6800GT's would "delay my order" when usually it is the other way around? Supposedly it should ship the 21st of february which would only mean 3 weeks?? What are your opinions, I thought the ultras and the fx55 were on backorder?

well.
I ordered an area-51 5500 on the 16th of January. With an Ultra, no backorder listed and alienice which delayed it 7 days. Estimated ship date was the 3rd of Feb. After making an order change, which added three days to the shipment Im being told the system is being packed and I should have a tracking no later then tomorrow...
sooooo at this rate I may have it the day it should ship, which is the 6th, a sunday so monday? Damn I'm happy

I ordered mine on 25 Jan. There was nothing noted that would delay the order. I was given an "estimated" ship date of 3 Feb. Right now I'm in phase 4 with 2 days to go.

So...I'd say their shipping info is hit-or-miss. 85% of the time it's flat out wrong, and 15% you'll get it within a few days of the date.

I had my doubts, but I was wrong...

Delivery date was accurate for me too. Ordered 12/24 with a projected ship date of 2/6. It actually left AW on 2/4 and is currently sitting on the FedEx Dock in Phoenix about 3 miles from here.

you better expect 2 months or be depressed

simply put, expect to wait, and then wait some more, then finally when you least expect it the fedex mothership will arive and show you the pure joy that is a new baby alien of your own.

I thought that it would arrive in about a month from the moment i ordered. It said 26 days, with 14 days wait for the videocard in it.

From the looks of it, i will get it in a day or 4. Which is oh... two weeks ahead of schedule.
