Accessing Order Status...

I was wondering if anybody else has had problems accessing the order status area. Everytime I try I get an error message of either invalid order # or invalid email address, I've talked to Juan about it and also email cust. support. I was just hoping that this isn't just an issue on my end, I've tried from several different computers, and the same error. This also goes for the creating a support account too. Any help would be great.

well, have you gotten order emails like the confirmation one etc? if not you may have entered the wrong email when you made the order.

"Invalid order number or email does not match order number."

Yes - I'm also getting that same error tonight over the past 2 hours... "Invalid order number or email does not match order number."

Though this is not the first time. I was getting that same error last week. At first I figured it was just a system glitch but now I'm thinking the server is getting updated.

Of course my order number is valid as well as my email address since I've saved the link (containing my info) under my favorites, which I've been using several times a day to check my status. I've even tried retyping it (just a few hundred times) but still get that same strange error... maybe the system is worn out.

i had the same problem, but it should be up in runing now because i tried it again and it worked for me !!!

Well, its still not working for me. I guess that I'll have to call into AW, again.

Though I wish it would say something other than

Have any of you recieved emails regarding changes in phases???

Nope, nada nothing.............. since the one telling me I'm at Phase 4 anyway.

Yes, but only sporadically. I got one for phase 4, and then another when it went to 9. What's odd is that I checked the order status page and it first showed me at phase 5--never got an e-mail stating that I'd moved up to it. When I checked again later that day, I saw that I'd rocketed to 9! How odd. But hey, I'm not complaining...

Oh well, I just hope they send something to me with a fedex tracking number when the sucker finally ships.

Looks like the status page is down again. Can't get in. Hopefully it's because they're updating my status!
