I was wondering if anybody else has had problems accessing the order status area. Everytime I try I get an error message of either invalid order # or invalid email address, I've talked to Juan about it and also email cust. support. I was just hoping that this isn't just an issue on my end, I've tried from several different computers, and the same error. This also goes for the creating a support account too. Any help would be great.
