Owning both a Dell and an AW, I prefer the Indian support over the AW support, at least they took care of me compared to my time with AW support. The AW support people accent was way worse than the Indian Dell support I had in my opinion - I couldn't even understand them.

If you have an issue with a support person's accent, ask for another agent and they'll gladly get you one.
