Did you buy it at retail or on the web?
If it had a problem, how are you supposed to deal with it? Return it to retail outlet, to web store, depot, etc.?
Would you face a restocking fee wherever you bought it?
I know this may be asking a lot of fine-print reading, but did your Vaio have a dead-pixel guarantee of any sort?
