Have you contacted Sager also? What have they said about it? If it's a hardware issue or something our tech support hasn't seen before they will be limited on their suggestions in this case and Sager will be the one needed to verify there's no hardware issue. Feel free to post any correspondence and use email whenever possible because having written documentation makes it easier to follow a troubleshooting path and see anywhere something could have been done better.
You ordered with no OS correct? What are you trying to install SP1 XP Pro, SP2 XP Pro? or no SP XP Pro? This is a huge reason we recommend having Sager install the OS.
If you're not getting valid help on the subject I'll be the first to rip into the issue as to why. To help, you need to be much more descriptive on what you asked and what you were told so we can see if our or Sager's tech support is lacking in any way and if they are, where, and quicky address it.
