lol, get this, Ebay FINALLY replied to the email Luke sent letting them know the pics were ours (1 week later). They said in order for them to investigate the issue they would need to get an email from the web address they were stolen from (such as
sales@notebookforums.com the example they gave us in case we didn't understand... lol).
Too bad Ebay isn't held to the standards some other businesses are. Customer service taking 1 week to give such a poor email reply to a time sensitive issue... other businesses would not survive doing this, but Ebay has no competition so it's however they want to do it
