There are much better ways to make Windows look like OSX. However, if you want to try running Mac OS X on your PC then head on over to pearpc.net and learn about the PPC emulation that they have achieved. It's pretty sweet. Currently, the emulation runs about 1/15th of the host computers speed. My OC'd P4 3.5 would run it at what seems like 233mhz. They are starting to hit a wall because they can't figure out how to get native video support (like ATI and nVidia drivers). Maybe some of you video kids could help them out.

PearPC caused me to accept Steve Jobs as my lord and saviour.

I really cat see the point in making XP look like a Mac ?? Why would you want to do this and what does it achieve or offer the user ? The more layers between the user and the base code of an OS, the slower it will run.

its just a skin

it is a theme and that means more memory and resources usage.

SirBA

Please provide proof of XP running faster under this "skin/theme/whatever"

I think he's being sarcastic Syntrak.

I've just installed it and actually its very nice...

It's not even accurate. To get a genuinely working/looking OSX skin for Windows you will need LiteStep. And LiteStep, aside from being a resource hog, is clunky as all hell.

www.astonshell.com

never failed me once. Never crashed. Runs smoother than explorer. Loads faster. Everything is totally customizable. It has plugins that will rock your boat and ask for seconds.

****, if it wasn't just a shell replacement it would be a religion.

... wait, whats that? No start menu? That's right! **** THE START MENU!

And yes, that is cpufsb and ik8fangui in the bottom right corner. And winamp (sue me). And since you are going to ask - yes, the clock is "always on top" and can be moved as any window.
