does anyone with a sattelite a65-s126 have theese problems?

the sound after a while of listening to music or playing games starts to become all wierd and muffled and stuff until i restart the laptop. sometimes the screen becomes verry dark(almost like its off exept i can see what is on my screen if i look closely) and i have to restart the laptop or close and open the screen several times. also sometimes when i close the lid(i have it so it does nothing under the power options) when i open it up the screen wont turn on at all and i have to reset the laptop, which sometimes makes me loose a file that i didn't save. is there any way that all the sattelite a65-s126 owners can file a class action lawsuit against toshiba? someone pm'd me a few months ago and asked if i had the sound problem, and i know some people with other models who have some screen problems. if it maters i bought it in july, and theres a few scratches on the outer casing of the notebook, but there only cosmetic.

see the 8 page long thread in the peer-to-peer support forum for toshiba. It is a static electricity problem
