I have posted a ton of info on the forum for you to read but ill make it short and sweet. use coolbits, 300/300 is what AW was supposed to send these cards out at so its very safe infact its way under safe. once coolbits is installed press auto detect and it will clock your set up at what it determines is the best and most stable for your setup.

I downloaded cool bits and now I cannot seem to figure out how to bring up the screen in which I would even have the option to OC I went to control panel and then the nvidia tab in there but that shows nothing of the sort any help would be great.

My clock speeds are in my sig...I use coolbits and have run doom 3 for over 2 hrs and no errors with current settings.

game33,

When you install coolbits there will be an additional option..."clock frequency settings" , this is what you adjust to overclock. Let me know if you have any further or specific questions.

HI, my settings are currently 349/699, seems to run better at this setting. The best I found is to keep going up about in increments of 10, then test the setting(you have to do this). Once the card has failed a setting go back down by 10 and save that setting, then run the benchmarks. I found out that with higher settings that the benchmarks kept locking up so I droped the memory down another 10 and now its fine. Good luck, BTW the card does get pretty hot when you overclock it this high, good luck and let us know how it goes.....

with my cooling mod i was just able to get a max of 379/685 out of mine and had no lock ups for 2 passes of 3d01 i decided to lower it to 370/675 since the score was only slightly lower and its easier on the card. I still cant seem to get past 18422 score in 3d01.

That sounds awesome!! Which cooling mod are you referring to? the heat sink or the holes?
The one with the holes has been deep sixed .. In favor of removing the tray altogether and using as5 on the cpu and gpu . I posted a updated cooling mod thread and am letting the old thread fade away.
