I just got my 4750 back from RMA. For some reason, my primary IDE controller failed three months after I bought it. Maybe it was just the connecting cables. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem? I had the laptop running full speed all the time when plugged in, and 800MHz when running on batteries. Generally it stayed around 45 to 50 degrees, with the HDD at about 43 degrees.
Either way, I'm just happy to have this thing back. Even if I have to get it fixed every three months, its still by far the best laptop I've ever owned
