I am selling two sticks of Micron, 512mb, DDR, 266MHz, CL2.5 RAM that came out of my Alienware Laptop. I no longer need the ram because the laptop had a bad video card in it and I returned it, but found out only after I had ordered new ram for it and put it in the laptop.

The pictures here are of the exact item I am selling; the ram works perfectly and has only been used for a week.

I would like to sell both sticks at once but can sell one stick to two people. The sticks are for Laptops that use DDR memory, many popular brands use DDR ram, if you do not know if your laptop uses DDR ram, feel free to contact me and I will help you find out!

The Price for one stick is $110 USD (Save $20 off new) (plus shipping, your choice of the major carriers, UPS, FedEx, USPS)

The Price for two sticks is $210 USD (Save $50 off new) (plus shipping, your choice of the major carriers, UPS, FedEx, USPS)

These sticks sell for $130/ea new and I paid $260 for them before shipping and taxes!

Thank you!

If I hadnt spent about 1k on comp stuff in the last 45 days, Id probably scoop them up, but wife would kill me lol. Did you just get a refund on the alienware?, arent they sending you another? Im confused why you would just send it back for a refund if it was just a faulty vid card.

Never mind I understand now you thought it was bad ram, and you ordered new crucial ram it looks like. Gotcha.

No, the story isn’t even that cool, I wanted 1Gb of ram and the laptop came with 512mb (I ordered it at a Best Buy with store credit [that is a whollleee lot of store credit, long story]) so the plan was, to install the 1Gb in my new Ailenware and then sell the 512mb, 2x 256mb sticks to friends, that didn’t work because the laptop died on me right after I got it, but it waited until I had opened the new ram and put it in.

Once I sent it off to Alienware, they dropped it, and broke the screen on the laptop (the ram was safely at home the whole time) they replaced that for free and then lost it a couple days before shipping! So the only choice was to let them try and find it, and remember it had a broken video card and now a replaced screen, or just take a refund. This entire process took a month or two to happen, and by that time I caught wind of Alienware’s new laptop, that has still to come out, and Sager’s new laptops that are coming also.

I think I am going to replace the broken Alienware with a new Sager 5680 but the PC2100 DDR isn’t the same speed as the RAM that come in the new Sagers, but is the same as the speed the comes in the old ones, so here I am, trying to sell both the sticks.
