How to restore "change/remove" functionality to ADD or REMOVE PROGRAMS?

I'm not sure what happened, but I lost the tabs for CHANGE and REMOVE under each application in Control Panel: Add or Remove Programs. Is there some way to restore or repair this, without having to uninstall/reinstall each app?

Are you logged in as an Administrator account? If you're logged in in a Limited account you won't have the change/remove button for any programs.

Yes, this is my personal computer and I am logged in as an administrator.

I have also already tried disabling "Hide Change or Remove Programs Page" under Group Policy_Control Panel_Add or Remove Programs, with no luck.

Have you scanned for Adware/spyware? It's possible that some infection has removed those options. If you haven't tried it, download Ad-aware at: http://www.lavasoftusa.com/

Again, thanks for tips. I do currently use Ad-Aware, and the last scan came up clean.
