my s360 went “matrix” on me...wtf?

Just a few minutes ago, I had my s360 on hibernate. After I booted it back up, binary was scrolling up and down my display. I restarted the comp and everything is fine again. Any idea on what caused this? Should I be concerned? I’ve had it for less than a week (got it from amazon).

By any chance, do you have the Matrix or Codex screensavers installed?

I've never heard of such a thing - it seems rather bizarre to me.

I have seen a similar thing coming out of standby a month ago on my Gateway notebook. I think it is a windows thing that loses its sync with the MR video board on ocassion. Have not seen it again.
Restarting the computer clears it up ok.
