How to update the Hard Disk Drive of Toshiba M30

hello, I found the harddrive (4200rpm.) for M30 is kind of slow and would like update it with a 7200rpm one, maybe the Hitachi 7K80.

however, I did not know how to install this new harddrive into the Toshiba M30. While, it is not as easy as make any memory update.

Anybody could give some suggestion or give me a link about how to do it? Thanks a lot in advance.
