The site he linked is an AW bashing site full of garbage posts.

One guy said he was in the industry and new the owner of Alienware, Nelson Hernandez... Can't even get the name right.

Anyway, the guy posted supposed horror stories an AW employee posted saying kids work in a 140 degree warehouse putting the machines together... so I posted this top secret pic of Alienware's manufacturing facility.

Hammer, I seen you followed that kid to his house. I don't think your post will stay long. Juan has been there to offer assistance and its all deleted. Its probably one kid posting over and over and over, anything he can make up. He is always posting his junk here.

Look again...it is the DELL manufact plant in Mexico and they are doing "quality control" tests on Commish's XPS...notice the use of precision tools and clean testing enviornment...ah yes, nothing like a quality machine built in America by Americans....this helps explain the reason for their high owner satisifaction and their ability to give those weekly discounts

The original thread was a misunderstanding (but it will stay deleted). There is actually a person looking for information on Alienware systems and they came across an Anti Alienware site. This was a persons real concern about Alienware practices. I appologise for banning this person and he is now back in the forum. He is now using NoteBookForums and searching owners reviews and complaints to make a decision based on honest information.
