Null Net connection?

heres something of a stumper on my toshiba

suddenly i lost internet connectivity and i cant use anythign to go online

wifi, dsl, 56k i can connect and send packets out but nothing ever comes back my winsock isnt damaged and reinstalling network components and driver sfor the modem, ethernet card so how can i fix this without reinstallign windows? ive never seen this problem

try

Try calling your dsl provider and document every error you see...and rechecking your dsl settings. have you installed something new, inadvertently changed something? But try calling your dsl provider.
