you need firefox.....that is faster than IE or NetScape...could be your net connection...too much traffic in your area?

If you're using IE6, go to tools -> internet options -> GENERAL tab and click "delete files" then "delete offline content" and again for non-offline content. This is good as a basic internet cache cleanup.

i hope your deleting spyware because that also can slow you down.
