Phases not updating

Has any else noticed that their phases aren't updating. I found out today I am in phase 9, yet my status update on the site states phase 4.??

mine got stuck on a phase...then jumped to 13 after 1 week. Makes no sense

Oh well it is projected to ship a week from today. That's only two days later then the original projected date.
