Not yet, i am not back home yet. but what i can tell you is that it runs quite VERY fast. and I set it to 2.0ghz running on battery and it last over 3 and half hours. I am quite very impressed.

What kind of sleeves/cases will you guys use to protect this cool lappy ?
thats a gooood question. I was thinking of just a case (no sleeve) but haven't done much research yet. I figure i'd bring it to a store with me and test some bags out.

you only have 256 ram right? i'm curious how that's workin out for ya since i won't be able to get more for at least a week or two.

LMAO that edit scared me michael but i doubt they'll be quite that extravangant.

I'm looking at getting the D810 just because Dell hasn't released another 15.4" screen with good graphics. I was hoping for a i8600 replacement, but the i6000 sucks in terms of GPU. I'm happy to hear it has 3.5 hours of battery life, is lighter then expected, and looks good. Thanks for all the info guys!

Just ordered my D810. Got an e-mail from Dell Small Business offering a 20% discount so I pulled the trigger.

Ordered the 2.13GHz, 1.0 GB 533 RAM, 60GB 7200 RPM HD, WSXGA+, DVD-RW and ATI X600 of course.

Can't wait! Should be awesome especially since its replacing a Sony VAIO PIII 850.

move it

to reviews and benchmarks section and ask for a comparison against d800 and 8600 to see what the x600 in the d810 is like against them

(please)

thnks for posting what you got, I'll post what I get next week too

cheers!
