I ordered my 5500 about 6 months ago. I did not order a tv tuner but they installed the internal part of the tv tuner and that is it. If I go to start, programs, there is a tv tuner section. In it i have hardware configuration, software configuration, and uninstall tv tuner. They did not send me anything to use externally. Why would they install half a tv tuner when I did not order it?????? Did anyone else have this problem?
