Battery recharge time?

I was wondering if any one else noticed a change in recharge time. when i first got my laptop i drained and recharged the battery twice and it took only a few hours tops to recharge each time. now the other day it took like a whole day to charge it up. is my battery going bad already or the charger?

I have just ordered an alienware laptop and i hope it doesn't do this for me

Ring up AW and ask them about it.

I know that the battery in my brother's hp zv5000 takes 12 hours to recharge (from below 5% to 100%) while the laptop is on and 4 hours while it off, and that is after about 5-6 full drainage.

Maybe the 12 cells battery in the 7700 takes a bit more time... give AW a call ^^
