um...no. their is no such thing as nv42 being 6800 ultra. the people that posted that do not know what they are talking about. all their info is hear say. nvidia has it as nv41um and in their own drivers it is nv41. u heard it from me, and since u probably dont believe me even though i have FACTS, thats fine, just remember my post when you realize i was right.

Dude you're clueless. It's a .11u part and it is NOT the same as the 6800 go. Why you keep talking out of your ass like you know better I don't know. FYI Beyond3D is a very reputable place and Dave Baumann has connections with a lot of industry insiders. As karma pointed out to you in the other thread, ATi, nVidia and id programmers frequently visit there.

Thanks Joker.

Regarding the build quality of the Dell XPS Gen 2 it is the same chasis as the Inspiron 9200 that I saw at a Dell Kiosk. It seems nicely built, much nicer than the older Inspiron models that were sitting next to it. I played with it, closed the lid several times and turned it over and it is nice and solid. I doubt the Sager 6800 is any more solid than the XPS Gen 2.

im talking out of my ass? look at you. your info is from beyond32. last time i checked, they are not NVIDIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they are not DELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they are not ALIENWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! nvidia, dell, alienware, and their drivers say nv41. nvidia's spec sheet says nv41. then some stupid website with ABSOLUTLY NO AFFLILIATION says nv42. how about this, u and that stupid website can go eat shit. why dont you wait for more information from a real source....like nvidia, then try to discredit mine which makes you look even dumber. i must say you and the rest of you dell fanboys are some of the most ignorant people i have ever had the displeasure of reading from.

dont forget macfans. its obvious the dellgirls get a kick out of pissing you off. When the sager drops that ultra card, dell people will stay away from this section. dells are officecrap. period.

but what if the ultra never comes? and since most offices have dells, they've got to be doing something right.

yes, they are doing something right. Mass production at cheap prices for servers and office pc's. I f the ultra doesnt come to the 9860 or another model b4 fall I will eat a grenade.
expect alot of good deals from dell in the next few months, as they try to sell out their warehouse of prefabricated, generic p4pc's. Why you ask? So they can start mass producing dualcore pentium pc's.

I have to tell you guys, I really like this sager forum. I mostly read and lurk and have been since I bought my Hypersonic EX7 before Christmas 04 (didn't know about PCT then or the forum or I would have purchased from PCT). I get great info about my 9860 here but RAIDERROD and his BULLS*** is about to make me want to leave and not return. RAIDERROD you should be banded from this board, your attitude sucks and you act like you know everything. You waffle back and forth on what you are going to purchase so much that I don't think anyone cares anymore. There is a recent post here where you had the nerve to demanded to know someone else's personal Hypersonic order number...where do you get off! I hope Luke and Adam read this and take your BS into consideration.
