Ok, here is my situation. I'm in college right now, and can't be without my computer. But today, when I came back to my room after playing a game of smash brothers(it's a single room, so noone else was in here), I noticed that my right shift key didn't look like it was snapped in place. So, I pushed it down, and part of it snaped back in, but it feels extreamly loose (i.e. it wabbles back and forth). Well, I know that it has to be serviced, but my question is, do I have to send my laptop into sager, or would they be willing to just send me a replacement keyboard? I know that the heyboard comes off pretty easily from reading the manual, and I've read that if you feel confident they will let you install things yourself. Thanks for any input on the situation.
