Would you believe...



My system has been at Alienware since March 29th, can you believe it. They cannot seem to duplicate the crashing that happens to me AND they want to send it back to me!

I was just told today that if they don't get it fixed within 3 days, and today was one, they strip the system and return the parts, GET THIS, BACK to stock!

They would return parts that are most likely defective back to stock for some other poor soul to receive and go through hell instead of returning them to the manufacturer!

Better yet, they don't even tell me what is going to happen with me, will I get a completely NEW SYSTEM??? Go figure. I just want my notebook and I want it NOW and I want it to work, is that to much to ask??? Hell I paid $4200 not including accessories, that was another $1025!!!

What's wrong with me...hell I must have been a complete idiot to spend that kind of money on a system that doesn't work!

And boys, don't think about cancelling those orders in process...they hit you with the 10-15% restocking fee and your talking $600-$750 too!

I need help and I need it BAD! PUH LEASE somebody help me...

You gotta be kidding me!

My computer is only at phase 3 and they are going to
hit me with a cancellation fee if I pull out at this point?!

I'm going to raise hell.
