F@#$ing Delayed

So my Laptop was supposted to ship yesterday I call Compaq they say that everything is fine and i will be getting an email with my tracking number in it this moring and the laptop is on the way. Instead I get an email say that there has been a delay but they dont tell me what the delay is or how long it will be. This is a load of crap delayed fine but for how long. Oh they gave a coupon for $50 on FUTURE purchase from hpshopping online. WHOPPY DO went through the whole site there is nothing there for me and so far they wont knock 50 of the Laptop. /end rant

I know there was a few of us that ordered all around the same time 8-11 feb did any of you get the same email or did your laptops ship?

Dude, you didn't see the thread I posted with the email? Same shit happened to me. There's supposedly a constriction on parts (probably harddrives or screens). And wtf dude, use that $50 and get that wireless optical rechargeable mouse like I did. Free shipping and everything, mine'll be here tomorrow. And the constumer service guy I talked to said the notebook will be shipped within a week, and when it ships it gets 2 day shipping. It sucks ass to wait, but enjoy a free mouse or something while you're at it. All I wish is that nothing is ****ed up when the notebook gets here.

No I didnt see your thread and yes i understand sh!t happens but they wouldnt give me a time frame when i called them the just said it had been delayed and it SHOULD be shipped in a week F@#$ that i paid good money and they are saying it SHOULD be shipped in a week.

/end rant

I am just pissed still cant wait to get it.

I have talk to compaq customer service and they have told me that it would be ship next week and I now have 2 day shipping. They could not tell me if my unit was completed yet or what the delay even was. We shall see

I'm pretty positive its a problem with the WSXGA screen, did u guys pick that one?

So after they tell it will be two day shipping and i get my tracking number I wait for Fedex to update it. They updated it and guess what I didn't get the 2 day shipping like customer service said. It will be hear the end of the week. Not a good way to go compaq. If this is the service i can expect i am just gonna return the Laptop as soon a I get it. I dont like the way this realtionship is stating out and dont want to get screwed a few months down the road.

am I being unreaseable or for a little over 2000 dollars do y ou think i'm getting the shaft?
