I decided to buy a Dell 2005FPW during their recent sale ($506+tax), so for the first time, I'm using dual monitors with my desktop. This is pretty cool, but I'm curious about my options in configuring a dual-monitor setup.

The 2005FPW is 16:10, and my old LCD is 4:3. I'd like to use the 16:10 as my primary, but some games (like Doom 3) don't seem to have 16:10 display options, so I'd like to force those games to run under the 4:3 display.

Is there any way to tie specific apps to a specific display?

Also, is there an easy way to switch focus between the two displays when you're running a game? Alt-tab works, but I have to manually select a window that happens to be displayed on the other monitor, and that's kind of cumbersome.

Nothing but silence here, so I was forced to ask google. There's a cool program called Ultramon that does most of what I'm looking for.
