Nvidia Drivers 75.90 Drivers

Nvidia Drivers 75.90 Drivers seem to be a big improvement.
Using stock settings 250/600 and 3DMark05(free version)
71.25 - 2980
75.90 - 3035

That's a 45 point increase. Of course you guys/gals will have to test it on your individual games to see if it means anything.

EDIT: If you use the ones from laptop2go it works better if you delete the INF sub folder.

yeah, I'm using them in my rig, netted almost 150 points, over the 71.81's.

Very nice drivers.

Nice new scores for my DDR3 6800 after installing 75.90.. All scores from free version.

3dMark05 Before: 3714.
3dMark05 After : 4016.

Unbelievable but thats what I got . I was using the 67.90
drivers that came installed from Sager before this.

I just updated to 75.90 a few days ago. Currently these are the info I got from NVIDIA 6800 menu tab:

Display driver: 6.14.10.7590
Video bios version: 5.41.02.26.02

Is this the right? Seems like I am still in the 6.XX version

you see the last 4 numbers on Display driver: 6.14.10.7590 That means your running 75.90's

Went from 71.81 to 75.90 drivers -- got 9 extra points to 4015.

Doesn't seem to be much of a change -- and I know each time I run it varies about 30 points so I call it a tie.

I have just ran 3DMark 2003 with the OEM Drivers and with the Modded 75.90 Drivers for NOtebooks

71.xx - 330/1000 = 9387
75.90 - 330/1000 = 9632

Cheers

I've found the 71.84 to be more stable and bug free than the 75.90. I got shiny grass in Counterstrike:Source with the 75.90 as well as the sager propriety drivers on their website that were already installed on my 9860. Once my display turned to 256 colors playing World of Warcraft after 2 hours of gaming all of a sudden with the 75.90 but after numerous hours of gaming with the 71.84 ive never had any of those problems. Granted, I have lost about 100 points in 3dmark 2005. But thats a fair price to pay for stability IMHO.

Never had one problem with stability on mine. Granted I am using a desktop, with 3dmark05 scores of over 6,000
