ATI X800 vs Nvidia 6800

for those 7700 owners, could you please give me some feedback on how these two cards compare? because i tried looking for benchmarks on several websites but they fail to include the specification of the nvidia 6800 card (whether it's ddr3) because if they're benchmarking the x800 with 6800 ddr1 or ddr2, then obviously we all know who the winner is. but what about in a fair competition of both ddr3 cards? who scores better?

Here are my 3Dmark Scores (2003/2005).
Spec:
Alienware Area51m 7700
CPU Pentium 4 3.6Ghz
1GB DDR 533 RAM (2x512)
Nvidia 6800 256MB DDR3
LL

Those scores are without overclocking anythings. I hope this information may be helpful
