Unfortunately XP x64 drivers (beta) seem to be inadequate. Unmodded... 3d Mark '5 is in the 1450-1480 neighborhood. Tweaked... 1580.

On the other partition with XP...x32 3D Mark '05
1806

To beat your score with ATI Tray Tools... 515/263
1935, 1930, 1936

5-10 Edit to Post link:

3DMark 03= 5210

I'm not a gamer and my card has been reset to defaults. No desire to push the limits here. I was just wondering what a good score on a Mobility 9700 was and what it took to get there.

Holy cow. 621/320!?!? And it didnt fry? I have been to scared to go over 500/280! And your gfx card is fine? Like no artifacts? Wow, that is incredible. I am really impressed? Airconditioning? Huge fans? I have a friend who once hooked an old air conditioning unit directly to the heat sink of hi CPU. doubled the clock frequency. But that poor little mr9700 is locked deepaway under the keyboard. Heck, I don't even know if the chip is VENTED. Last time I benchmarked my np4750 was right after 3dMark05 was released. I think I managed 1453. I dont remeber for sure, But I did post them somwhere on the forums. Look for old 3dMark05 threads.
I dont know what is more impressive, your score or your cohoneys!
