The Inspiron 9300 WXGA+ doesn't have Truelife Glossy screens. Only the WUXGA does. The inspiron XPS Gen 2 and 9300 have brighter screens. I saw this on the dell uk site. Bothe the WXGA+ and the WUXGA are the brightest screens dell has.

If you buy either of then. Get the GeForce ultra graphics. It's supposed to play dvd's better. And it's supposed to use less power. Tomshardware.com has a lot of info on it.

The XPS Gen 2 with the GeForce Ultra Graphics, performs better than even high power desktop pc's with pci express graphic cards.

These inspirons use the Sonoma cpu. Which use the Alviso chipset. All new technology.

Go to tomshardware.com, and search for the xps gen 2, and the geforce go ultra. Here's the link I want to show you.

So all those early adopting XPS2 buyers better cancel their orders fast and jump on the only gaming platform worth a damn--- THE I600 with a pci express x300 locked and cocked.
