Then i have to switch it off and switch it on again. this makes sometimes to loose my datas...

I’m surprised somebody more knowledgeable hasn’t responded to you by now. In any event, speaking strictly as an amateur, I’ve seen the type of failure to return from a suspended state that you describe on both a Thinkpad and an old Compaq desktop. In both cases the problem was caused by an incompatible mouse driver. If you’re using any pointing devices for your laptop other than the trackpad and the mouse that came in the box, you might want to uninstall it and reinstall the latest drivers from Acer’s website. A second thing you can try is manually suspending the computer and then waking it. If the same problem occurs, start experimenting with shutting down your running applications one at a time, and, if necessary, using Task Manager to shut down non-essential background processes one at a time and see if you can identify a process that’s hanging the suspend function. Good luck - and hopefully someone else with more expertise will also answer your post.

Thanks mate. you are very right its due to the incompatible mouse driver that created the problem. now i uninstalled my usb mouse driver and everything was fine. This problem also happens when I leave my USB key for a long time.
