i've gone through the following three packs in the 4 months of owning my beloved 8887. the latter one was the property of a german soldier in WWII, complete with the soldier's name and complete address on the back up the back, encased in plastic. tried but failed to get a good picture of the handwriting. btw, i am not a nazi nor do i have nazi inclinations. it's just hands down the coolest and most unique laptop pack i have ever seen or used. here ya go:
my first was this $120 leather Gateway bag that my kid brother found for me at Goodwill($7). a great bag with not even .001nm to spare for the 8887. it was a perfect fit.

this is a targus bag that my bosslady bought for me as a bday gift. it's really superbly constructed and uber comfortable...but there's something about it that completely keeps me wary of being seen pimping it. i don't know; i'm weird i guess...

i discovered this beauty at a wrightsville beach,nc, army surplus store($25)...
