Hm... That's kind of tricky.
First of all win 95 has to be installed on the master drive's primary partition to be happy, the c: drive. It won't like it anywhere else.
Second if you install win 95, it will most likely overwrite the master boot record in which case you will be unable to see your XP instillation. You can try fixing this using the XP recovery console and typing in fixmbr to remedy it. Hopefully it will recognize the 95 partition and allow you to dual boot.
Lastly, it's pretty much recommended that you install older operating systems first before the newer ones. You can try using a third party program to set up your partitions and instillations so you can keep your XP install intact.
