i don't believe you how u done it? prices on swedish site are in Kr(i don't know what does it mean..)but for 15000-20000Kr no in SEK... link please...

it´s a so called "home-pc" offer the computer price will cut down your pre tax pay under 36Months, and becous i pay 52% tax i can now cut 52% of the computer price.
497SEK*36=17982 SEK
17982SEK*0,48%=8588Sek or 8588SEK/7=1227$


BTW i dont quite understand if you get it or nott but SEK stands for SwEdish Kroner (kr)
