Wow, this is really ****ed up. I think now I'm just gonna have to take my business elsewhere. I call customer support today to ask about the progress with the delay (notebook was to be shipped on Feb 23., delayed til Mar. 4). The guy talks with the supervisor and comes back like "Um...sorry to say, but there are still problems getting your hard drive (100GB 5400rpm) and the shipping date has been pushed back, once more, to MARCH 18th." WTF?! I don't have time for all this shit. I have motha****in work to do. I was like what the hell is the big deal with a freakin hard drive? And then they complicate matters by not letting you change your order, cause I'd just as soon sacrifice space for speed and go with a 60GB 7200rpm if it would mean my shit getting shipped sometime this week. That's like a month and a half after I placed the damn order. If I decide to let them continue processing my order, I expect a free docking station. So much for customer satisfaction.
