He is a VP and spends a lot of time helping run the company. Try sending one to Steve or Juan as they have a bit more time to check in here and help out.

I would send to another AW Rep but Richard knows my whole situation as I dealt with him over the past month directly. Afraid the other reps wont know the whole story.

They have PAY-TOILETS in airports over there?

What happens if you really really need to go but you can't see a rest-room so you see one but it's a pay-toilet and it wants Xamount of dollars or cents but you don't have dollars and cents, you have pounds and pence and Euros but you really really need to go because you didn't before you left and the 747's toilet was the pits, yes really a pit, so you didn't go because of the smell so what do you do? Do you............
