Compaq\eMachines AMD CPU SWAP

I own both a Compaq Presario 2199US and an eMachines M5405, both notebook computers.

Compaq Presario 2199US has a (mobile) Athlon XP-M 2800+

my eMachines M5405 has a mobileSempron 2800+

I would like to swap the two processors (I would like the AthlonXP-M 2800+ in the eMachines; and the Sempron2800+ in the Compaq Presario 2199US)

1. is it even possible? will both computers, i guess, work? after i switch the two processors. i know sockets matter, but maybe all AMD notebooks have the same cpu socket on the mobo..

2. what else do i need to know to do this? anything else i should research?

3. anyone have any links on how to upgrade a CPU in a notebook?

any help is appreciated, thanks!

In your case it probably wouldnt be possible since the Athlon XP-M and the Sempron are based on different sockets..
