Also, Sager is not the only company who used the 56xx chasis. Don't know if you have heard of a company named Alienware or not, but they used to use the same design in the mobile units as well. Others may have used it in addition to them, but I am uncertain, so I will not mention them here. If you think other companies like Dell are so hot, you should point your mouse to www.resellerratings.com
and put Dell in as the reseller search and see what you come up with.
dell would never be part of my gearbag. im an apple user now, other than this 5670 as an at home internet machine...until it falls apart..
it's good to know that they have put this case design behind them. actually, that makes me fell better about them. you have opened my eyes a bit on this issue with that response. i may be a little more comfortable with looking at the sagers again later. i bought a mac for the pro rig. so im locked in for a little bit. other than that, i may do sager later. not sure.
good information. thanks.
the whole topic has been a sore spot for me since i shelled out thousands of dollars to have the problems i had.
i guess i need to take a step back and look at the fact that they have moved on. but they've moved on at my expense. this thing won't be able to be resold. but im resigned to that fact and im letting it go little by little.
im over the whole issue as of now. im letting it go. .....<breath>.....
ok. im done. ill be nice again.
