Anybody know how to take a 4750 apart so I can paint it? Thanks if you guys can forward me to a link.

1) Remind yourself that you will be voiding your warranty, when you take it apart.
2) Take out all the screws.
3) Pull it apart, remembering where everything goes.
4) Paint
5) Put everything back together
6) For the next year, kick yourself over the paint you got on the LCD.

But seriously, think about the warranty thing before you do anything. Sager may not have a huge problem with a pretty laptop, but there are screws that hold the thing together that have the little "void if removed" sticker on them.

You may be able to get some pointers from the guys at PCTorque who are experienced with custom laptop paint jobs. They would probably not have any problems helping you out.

I've been thinking about doing that, actually for a while. I hope it turns out looking beautiful

Seriously just get a customized sticker for the back.
