Wireless PC Card not seen

Hi Gang!

I have 2 4760's that my partner and I use to run our e-commerce business. We've had them less than a month an today, Audrey's Wireless PC card stopped working...But...

Since we have identical computers, we swapped cards and mine didn't work on her machine either.

I'm wondering if the PC card slot is somehow disabled or has punted.

The power led on the card does not light up on hers, and the add hardware wizard wont find either card.

Again, both cards work great on my machine, but neither will even register on hers.

Any ideas? How can I get some support?

Did you both install the drivers the same way? Install before insterting the card? Also, you should install the card after booting up rather than putting it in and booting up from my experience.

Reset default settings in the bios and make sure the PCMCIA not disabled int he device manager.

check your connections on the card to make shure that you have it plugged in correctly.n also make shure that it is turned ON in the bios.
