I read on another forum that some i8600's came with locked PLL's that would not allow altering the fsb. Has anyone with a different (more more recent model like i9200) had success in identifying the pll chip and using a program like setfsb to alter their clocks? Or does anyone here have access to hacked bios listings for dell laptops?
